Monarch Butterflies are native to Colorado and will naturally live out their lifecycle when released, helping to replenish the depleted butterfly as well as being beneficial pollinators.
Stock is limited so please reserve your butterflies early. We recommend that you place your order no later than 6-8 weeks before your event.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your butterflies, and the balance must be received by us 15 days prior to your event.

All proceeds from our Butterfly Program go directly to Animals 2 by 2 Zoo. A non-profit, tax exempt, state and federally licensed wildlife and animal sanctuary in operation since 1980. The survival of the sanctuary depends mostly on the hard work of Krys Moquin and volunteers who keep the "Ark" afloat. According to an American Indian Legend, if anyone desires a wish to come true they must first capture a butterfly and whisper that wish to it. Since a butterfly can make no sound, the butterfly can not reveal the wish to anyone but the Great Spirit who hears and sees all. In gratitude for giving the beautiful butterfly its freedom, the Great Spirit always grants the wish. So, according to legend, by making a wish
and giving the butterfly its freedom, the wish will be taken to the heavens and be granted.
